This is the break down of IT Department Dashboard. It shows the monthly requests by type/ category—such as Hardware, Software, Network, and HIMS—showing both totals and percentages to highlight trends and resource needs. It also shows tickets by department (Billing, Laboratory Basement, Admitting ER, and etc.) to identify which department generate the most requests.
